New Intercom Installation: Your Action is Required

We will be installing a new intercom system in the front lobby vestibule; this new system will link to either your landline or cellphone.

To proceed with the intercom installation, we’ll need updated contact information for your unit.

Parkade Cleaning (Round 2)

Please be advised that the parkade will be cleaned and stall lines will be painted by Komodo Services on:

Friday, June 10th, 2016

between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

All vehicles & any stored items must be removed from the parkade during this time.  Any additional cleaning charges incurred as a result of vehicles not being moved will be charged back to the owner.  Please ensure that once the stall is cleaned that stored items are not returned to the stall as per the Corporation’s bylaws. (Bikes and Tires are the only items allowed in the stall)

The Condominium Corporation, Contractor nor Condeau Management will be responsible for any damages done to vehicles or any personal belongings left in the parking areas during the cleaning.

Building Security

Over the weekend of April 29/May 1, a lockbox at the building was broken into and the keys/FOB was used to enter the building.  The Board is saddened to report that several vehicles were broken into and one vehicle was stolen.

As garage remotes were taken, the parkade is not secure from these individuals.  The garage remote codes will be changed Friday, May 6, 2016 at noon.

Notices with the new codes will be slid under each unit’s door.  Please ensure you have your exterior key for entrance to the parkade if you are unable to reprogram your code by May 6, 2016.  If you need help with reprogramming, please do not hesitate to contact me for assistance.

For everyone’s safety, please ensure the garage door is fully closed before you drive away and when you leave your vehicle, double check that it is locked and that you do not leave any valuables inside.

CARPET REPLACEMENT – Hallway to Parkade

Please be advised that the carpeting in the hallway to the parkade has been scheduled for:

From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

From 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Due to the limited work area the hallway will NOT be accessible while the installers are working.  The installers should be able to complete this work in one day.  They will be removing the existing hallway carpet and immediately install the new carpeting on that floor.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we thank you for your continued co-operation and patience.

2016 Garden Season

Huntsman Building Garden Planters

The gardening facilities (planter tanks) are closed for the duration of brick repair work.

Composting

Composting facilities will be closed as well for the duration of brick repair work. We ask that, moving forward, compost should be redirected to other facilities – i.e. the small park in Sunalta close to the tennis courts.
